Cleveland Metroparks Zoo
The Cleveland Metroparks Zoo covers 183 acres in the Brookside neighborhood and is one of the oldest zoos in the United States, home to more than 3,000 animals across exhibits including the African Elephant Crossing, the RainForest, and the Australian Adventure. Annual attendance regularly tops one million visitors. The zoo sits about 5 miles north of Parma along Pearl Road, and parking on busy weekend days fills quickly.
Cleveland Metroparks says buses should use the Otter parking lot for drop-off and pickup, while general parking is free, so the group can avoid searching for separate car spaces. Confirm current guidance on the zoo's hours and directions page before your visit.
